ACCESS:

In high season, access is restricted. From June 15 to September 30, you will need to book (free) tickets in advance. Parking to start the route is found on Carrer de La Vía Láctea (on the Denia side), however spaces are limited. Other options include the public parking Les Rotes, where a free toursit train leaves every 30 minutes.

The 1.5km hike takes about an hour and is not suitable for young children or inexperienced hikers. The path is rocky, so good walking shoes are important. Do not leave the path - there is no mobile coverage and no lifeguards in this area.

For kayaking access, you will need to register with an authorised kayaking company.

Make sure you bring plenty of water, food and a first aid kit. If you intend to swim or snorkel, take a pair of beach shoes to avoid sharp stones and sea urchins.
